We collect the information needed to run the storefront, process orders, and support business storefront access. This may include contact details, shipping details, order contents, limited pre-checkout draft details, and payment-related records returned by our payment processor.
Cookies And Browser Storage
43° Apparel uses necessary session cookies for authenticated admin and business storefront access.
tvc_admin_session: keeps an authenticated admin signed in.tvc_business_session: keeps an authenticated business/storefront user signed in.
The site also uses browser storage for functional features.
localStorage: cart contents and public order lookups.localStorage: a public checkout draft identifier used to resume an unfinished checkout on the same device.localStorage: admin mockup designer local presets.sessionStorage: temporary handoff data from the mockup designer to the new inventory page.
These are used to make the site function. They are not used by this application code for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Payments
Payments are processed through Square. We do not store full card numbers on this site. Payment status, transaction references, and order records may be stored to complete fulfillment, receipts, and support.
