Every item is made to order and crafted with care. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in every purchase.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

To process a replacement or refund, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and improve our production process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all 43Degree Apparel products are custom made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the item.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Incorrect size selected when ordering
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Slight color differences due to screen displays
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Size Exchanges

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. We do not guarantee size exchanges because items are produced specifically for each order. If you believe there is a sizing issue due to a manufacturing error, contact us and we will review the situation.

  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas

Improper washing or care may shorten the lifespan of printed designs.
